Wafa IMA Assistance is looking to the future with a three-year development plan for 2017-2019. This plan is based on several strategic pillars, including the strengthening and organisation of the distribution network, and also marketing and communication efforts.

As part of this three-year plan, Wafa IMA Assistance has launched Wafa Maroc, a new medical assistance product in Morocco at an affordable price for the whole family. This product has been rolled out to 300 insurance intermediaries. The company has also improved its product offering for businesses, automotive companies and schools by launching the following products:
